I am beyond excited to share the news that I’m masking up to join the awesome Masked Republic team as the Head of Storyworlds!
In this new role, I will be helming projects and writers’ rooms for the many lucha libre entertainment IPs within Masked Republic, ranging from comics, animated series, videogames and more!
Among the previously announced original properties, I will lead story on the animated series “The Legend of Luchasatu”, a collaboration between Masked Republic and Demente Animation; The Luchaverse comic book universe which will enter phase 2 in 2024; and the transmedia development into TV and gaming of the middle-grade bilingual book series based on the Muñoz family of luchadores, WWE’s Dragon Lee and his brothers AEW & AAA’s Rush and Dralistico, coming in 2024 from Future House Publishing.
I will also lead several in-development projects slated to be announced throughout 2024 and 2025.
